Payment Policy

We accept both Active Kids and First Lap vouchers

 

FULL TERM ABSENTEE POLICY:

With full term enrolment, 1 absence without payment is allowed providing we receive 24 hours notice in advance by text message to 0406 945 561. We will hold the lesson in credit for you to deduct from the following term’s fees or it can be taken as an additional class if you are not re-enrolling. If less than 24 hours notice of absence is given (4 hours minimum), we allow 2 make-up lessons per term also. If we do not receive notification of your absence before your lesson, the full lesson rate is payable without replacement.

PARTIAL TERM ENROLMENT ABSENTEE POLICY:

2 Make-Up lessons allowed for absence providing we receive notification by text message to 0406 945 561 (minimum 4 hours notice).

All make-up lessons expire at the end of the following term in which they were accrued. Any outstanding make-up lessons expire with termination of your term booking.

 

 

Term payment is required in full before commencement of lessons. Bookings can be commenced at any time during the term (pro-rata payment).

We also offer casual lessons with weekly payment​. These are subject to availability.

Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer. A family discount for 3 or more children applies.
